Espresso Martini

A definitive take on the classic Espresso Martini, designed for the purist. Built on a foundation of triple-distilled vodka and Father Coffee’s Heirloom blend, this cocktail delivers perfectly balanced intensity without the excess sweetness.

Vodka / Coffee Saccharum / Freeze-Distilled Espresso

Serve chilled over ice, or for a bar-style foam, shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Garnish with three coffee beans.

Process Notes

Vodka: Our in-house, premium triple-distilled vodka.

Coffee Saccharum: A house-made alternative to commercial coffee liqueurs. It’s crafted using Father Coffee’s spent coffee pucks, our triple-distilled vodka, a touch of dark rum, and cane sugar.

Freeze-Distilled Espresso: The barista pulls fresh espresso shots, chills them, freezes them, and then allows them to thaw at room temperature. Only the first ~15% of the melt is collected — a pure, intensely concentrated coffee extract.

All components are made using Father Coffee’s signature Heirloom blend. Tasting Notes: Raspberry, lime, nut, dark chocolate.
