Our story starts in KZN: a land rich with natural beauty and complex history. The good life is alive and well, but when those beautiful moments come, something is missing.

In February of 2023, Fiso and Enhle started experimenting with making their own cocktails. There wasn’t a good mixologist nearby but they were determined to honour their breathtaking surroundings with a sensational drink. They quickly learned that making cocktails at home pulled them out of the moment — it was elaborate and expensive. There had to be a simpler way.

Fast forward to early 2025, countless hours have gone into formulating and perfecting South Africa’s first premium, canned cocktail that meets mixologist standards while being convenient enough to enjoy anywhere.

Olio is the product of bold decisions from commissioning custom-crafted 100 ml cans to using no artificial sweeteners, flavours and colours — ever. Our cocktails are made in South Africa in small batches with meticulously balanced ingredients.

Because when you combine the finest ingredients with canned convenience, you can toast every moment.
